We are a married couple based in California, united by a passion for fitness and a shared frustration with the “noise” of the health industry. Between navigating a busy career transition and maintaining a rigorous training schedule, we realized how difficult it is to find health advice that is both transparent and practical.

The name Candid Health was born out of a desire for honesty. In a world of filtered results and sponsored “miracle” cures, we wanted to build a space for unfiltered truth. For us, being “candid” means:
